(01)Process

Our process is boring. That's the point.

Big results come from small, repeatable systems. Here's exactly how we move from your first idea to your first 10,000 users.

(02)The four moves

Discover. Design. Build. Grow.

01

Discover

Week 1

We start with your goal, not your spec. A 90-minute kickoff workshop where we map:

  • Who's the customer?
  • What's the wedge?
  • What does "winning" look like in 12 months?
  • What's the simplest version that proves the thesis?

Output: A one-page product brief everyone signs off on.

02

Design

Weeks 2–4

Strategy → architecture → wireframes → high-fidelity. We test with real users before we hand anything to development. Two rounds of feedback baked in. We co-design — we don't deliver-and-defend.

Output: Production-ready Figma + design system.

03

Build

Weeks 4–10

Tight sprints. Daily updates. A staging link from week one. No mystery, no surprises. Every week you can open the link from your phone and use what we built.

Output: Production code, deployed, tested, documented.

04

Grow

Week 10 onward

Launch is the starting line. We instrument every product for analytics, SEO, GEO, and iteration from day one. Then we keep working — design retainers, growth sprints, ongoing AI iteration.

Output: A product that compounds.

(03)How we communicate

No mystery, no surprises.

  • One Slack channel. No "let's get on a call to discuss the email."

  • Async-first. We work across timezones and respect deep work.

  • Weekly demos. Every Friday, you see what shipped that week.

  • Always-on staging link. Open it from your phone any time.
