What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, optional company, project description, budget range, and timeline. Nothing else. The form has a hidden honeypot field used to filter automated submissions; nothing about real users is captured by it.
We use product analytics (Vercel Analytics + PostHog) to understand which pages are viewed, where users come from, and how the site performs. These tools may set cookies and record anonymized session data. See our cookies policy for specifics.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share contact data with third parties for marketing.
How we use it
Contact form submissions go to hello@papertopixel.co so we can respond to your project request. We may follow up by email about your inquiry. We don't add you to any newsletter, drip campaign, or marketing list without explicit consent.
Analytics data helps us improve the site — what content resonates, what navigation works, what doesn't. It's aggregated; we don't use it to profile individuals.
Where data lives
The site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics live in Vercel + PostHog. Form submissions, once email delivery is wired, will route through Resend. Each of these services has its own privacy and security commitments — links available on request.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we have about you, request corrections, or request deletion. Email hello@papertopixel.co and we'll respond within one business day. You can also opt out of analytics via your browser's Do-Not-Track signal — we honor it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date. Material changes get a heads-up via the site banner or a direct email if you've previously contacted us.
